The iNES format was originally developed by Marat Fayzullin. The format uses memory mappers for specific cartridges. Marat Fayzullin has stalled in developing the iNES format this has lead to the fragmentation of the iNES format. For more information on the iNES format visit Marat Fayzullin NES page and [1].
