This is a sub-page of Mega Man IV/RAM map.
498 : If value is 01, if Mega Man Vertical Speed is up, it does as if A is held even if it is not.
Value can only be set next time Mega Man status is not 00.
(used by Rush Coil : A doesn't need to be held for Mega Man to go up.
