The "Don't Care" Preset Character Names are used if the player selects the "Don't Care" option when entering names at the beginning of the game.
Format
Name
- Length: 6 bytes (0x6)
- Offset within entry: 0 (0x00)
- Range of values: Null-terminated EarthBound plain text

Note on length of names
The first four names are limited to five characters. The last character must be null. User:Mr. Accident has created a patch allowing these names to be six-characters long, but he has never had the time to complete it. The patch is useable as it is, but in many places where names are supposed to be displayed, an empty string is shown instead.
