Each area's data comes in the following structure:
Offset Size Description ------- ------- -------------- 0x00 0x04 Pointer to Area Name 0x04 0x02 Little Endian short value for horizontal position. 0x06 0x02 Little Endian short value for vertical position. 0x08 0x08 Each byte in this sequence represents a friend area in the locale. 3F represents nothing and is used for padding. 0x10 0x10 Unknown - padded with 0xFF bytes
