While it seems okay to put a notice that a hack may contain mature content, I strongly disagree with the "not suitable for anyone under 17" bit. That's the discretion of the player. Also, even though this site is decidedly US-centric, one must keep in mind that content that is consider not suitable for some under 17 in the US may be perfectly acceptable for a 14 year old in another country (and the other way around).
