ROM Images

Neo Geo ROMs are typically distributed as .zip files containing all of the required ROM images.

File extensions follow this pattern:

  • .p# — Program ROM(s) (byteswapped)
  • .c# — Character (sprite) ROMs (byte-merged, e.g. c0 and c1 make one set)
  • .v# — Sound ROMs
  • .s1 — Fix layer tiles
  • .m1 — Music Driver
