CCG blocks contain compressed graphics data.

Format

00-03 (04) = "ccg " header
04-07 (04) = "02 00 00 00" Bytes
08-0C (04) = Last tile of the graphic
0C-.. (..) = LZSS-compressed graphic
..-.. (04) = "~ccg" footer
