Hacks
There have been many hacks for Super Mario Bros. Some hacks have become very well known, while some hacks are considered by many to be not worth downloading.
The NES graphics and characters are replaced with Atari 2600 graphics and characters. Also contains a new 2600-related storyline.
The Transformers are on an epic quest to save the day once again. The object of the game is to defeat the evil robots to bring world peace.
An interesting hack which has random graphics everywhere, as if the game were bugged.
A total Christmas remake. The main character has been turned to Luigi and all the graphics are now in a nice blue. The sprite design has been improved and the levels have been changed thoroughly.
A total remake of all the levels in Super Mario Bros.
The 'challenge' edition of Super Mario Bros. The levels are designed to be extremely harder, however, the game returns to normal at Level 4-4.
