Rockman Exhaust,Rockman Exile, and Rockman NoConstancy are the most Sophisticated hacks available for mega man 2. They both change the level layout, music, many graphics, and even have edited boss patterns and weapons. Both have an increased level of difficulty, but are very good games for a mega man 2 fan.
