"Marat Fayzullin has stalled in devloping the iNES format this has lead to the fragmentation of the iNES format." That sounds like personal opinion to me. The only fragmentation is between emulators that follow the newest standards, and those that don't. Plus, it's virtually impossible to introduce any developments to the iNES format, due to the amount of ROMs out there that only roughly follow the format. --Dan 07:29, 23 November 2005 (EST)
