Is there a reason that some bits are missing from the flags? The following bits are missing: 00 00 80 01 80 02 00 03 00 04 80 04 Also, all of the bits that should be hex 03 are listed as hex 04. Additionally, why are the bits labeled as "AA 01" instead of "01 AA". Is there some big endian little endian thing going on here?
