Huffman Coding Derivative

Background tile graphics in Battletoads in Ragnarok's World are compressed using the same Huffman coding derivative used earlier in Battletoads (Game Boy), and used later in Battletoads & Double Dragon, as well as the Donkey Kong Land trilogy.
